Offline Operation: Snapclear is an application that operates completely offline. It does not require an internet connection to perform its functions. All processes, including the background removal process through artificial intelligence, are executed on the user’s device without relying on an online connection.
Privacy and Data Protection: We guarantee that no user data will be exposed on the internet since the application operates offline, and the processed images never leave the user’s device.
Results of Artificial Intelligence: The background removal functionality in Snapclear is based on artificial intelligence technology, which can sometimes result in very accurate results and other times not so accurate. We are continuously working to improve the quality and accuracy of the results through updates and enhancements. By using the application, the user acknowledges that they are exposed to this variability in results and accepts that they cannot claim a cancellation or refund of their license due to the quality of results in certain images.
License to Use: By acquiring the Snapclear application, the user is granted a lifetime license to use. This license is applicable for both the version of the application at the time of acquisition and for any future versions that may be released subsequently.
License Security: The license granted to the user for the use of Snapclear is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, disclosing, or distributing the license to third parties is expressly prohibited, as well as publishing or leaking the license on the internet or other media. In the event that the license is detected to have been leaked, shared, or used without authorization, Snapclear reserves the right to immediately cancel such license without prior notice or liability.
User’s Responsibility: The user is responsible for ensuring that the images used with the application have the necessary copyright and/or permissions for manipulation. Snapclear is not responsible for the misuse of images protected by copyright or other laws.
Modifications and Updates: We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the development and support of the Snapclear application, as well as to modify the terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the platform and will be considered effective from the date of publication. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions to stay informed about updates.
By using the Snapclear application, the user fully accepts the terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend not using the application.
